Lash Out Extensions offers a luxury lash extension service with locations in Superior, WI & Galesville, WI. Our experienced team ensures top-notch results, but please note that lash fills MUST have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining to be considered a fill. For clients coming from other salons, a consultation is necessary before booking a refill appointment. New customers are encouraged to schedule a quick virtual or in-person consultation for the best lash extension experience. Classic adhesive typically gets 2-3.5 weeks between fills LED adhesive can usually expect 3.5- 5 weeks between fills
Cancellation Policy
We schedule by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we request that you please review our cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice to avoid you being charged a fee. If you need to cancel your appointment you can call or text the salon at 218-600-6414, Ellari at 218-608-0985, Erin at 608-871-3299 or Emily at her personal number, Jena at 612-518-8121. We only accept cancellations by call or text as it is too difficult to keep track of all stylists’ emails, social media and other forms of communication. We need to know immediately to have time to try and fill that appointment time. Cancellation Fees: More than 24 hours’ notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price will be charged. NO-SHOWS or SAME DAY cancellations: 100% of the service price will be charged. It is becoming widely known that no-shows are killing small businesses across the globe. No future appointments can be on accounts that have outstanding service charges for late cancellation or missed appointments until the balance has been paid. We are a very small business and for our stylists to thrive, it is important that they keep a busy schedule. When someone N0-SHOWS an appointment THREE people lose: 1. The person needing the service and self-care 2. Other clients who were turned down for that appointment slot 3. The stylist that is sitting there wasting 1.5-3.5 hours and wondering if the client is showing up.
